Check-in opens
Rooms have been allocated — we will provide a room map on the wedding website closer to the date. Please check back. Feel free to settle in, explore the property and get ready for the ceremony.

The Ceremony
Please make your way to the ceremony which will be located on the lawn on the right hand side of the main homestead. Arrive at 4:00pm for a drink for a prompt 4:30pm start time.

Cocktail Hour & Reception
Join us for cocktail hour by the pool from 5pm! Formal dinner and dancing to follow. We hope you have your dancing shoes ready because there is no curfew (and the best part — bed is only a short stroll away)! Just please be mindful of other guests sleeping in Shearer’s Quarters.

Sunday, 24 Jan

Recovery Pool Party
Let the good times continue! We all know the best way to cure a hangover — join us at the pool for some food and a recovery pool party into the evening.

What is the dress code?

Note: there will be a mix of grass and cobblestones at the venue, so we recommend choosing your footwear accordingly. Block heels or wedges work better than stilettos on grass.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting. We have an indoor contingency in place — if required. Please note that even if we have warm days, the evenings will likely be very cool. A jacket is recommended.
How much is accommodation and how do I reserve?
Accommodation is $175 per person, inclusive of 1–3 nights depending on your room type — except Jackaroo Quarters (contact us directly) and BYO camping (no cost). Reserve via the RSVP form above, then pay via the links below:

Where can I park?
Free parking available on-site at Barunah Plains.
What shoes should I wear?
Walking between locations over grass and cobblestones will be required. Block heels, wedges or flats are recommended over stilettos.
Can I bring my children?
This is an adults-only weekend. We love your little ones but would love for everyone to fully relax and celebrate with us.
Is there a curfew?
No curfew, but please be mindful of other guests in the Shearer's Quarters late at night.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely — catering is provided for the wedding night and recovery party, but we recommend bringing extras for the rest of the weekend. The kitchen and BBQ are yours to use.
